Payment is required in advance or at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Sessions must begin and end on time; late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without refund or rescheduling. Students under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present for all in-person sessions. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate coaching relationships if student conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of these terms.
