Refund Policy

At Third Coast Studios, we value your time and commitment and strive to offer flexibility while maintaining fairness and clarity for all clients. Payments for private sessions, packages, or classes are non-refundable once booked. However, if you need to reschedule a session, we’re happy to accommodate with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for refund or rescheduling, except in cases of emergency. Package purchases (such as 4-, 8-, or 12-session bundles) are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within their active usage window. Workshops, special events, or guest artist sessions are also non-refundable but may be transferable upon request. All refund and rescheduling requests must be sent to info@thirdcoaststudios.coach. By purchasing a service, you agree to this policy.
